A chevron belt features specially designed profiles on the base belt. QBF chevron conveyor belts adopt integral vulcanization processes which enable high adhesion between the profiles and base belt, preventing profiles detaching from base belt and hence delivering long service life. 

      Chevron conveyor belts are intended for transporting bulk materials over steep inclines with unique patterns that prevent materials from sliding back to improve transporting efficiency. Our profile design and arrangement ensure the belt balance during the return process.
