Recently, QBF rubber held a training camp for sales engineers in the production base, aiming to improve the technical service ability of the sales team. This training focuses on the core content of layered belt joints, wire rope belt joints, conveyor belt installation and roller gluing, etc., and is led by after-sales engineers with more than ten years of practical experience, empowering the sales team to transform into 'conveyor system service experts' through the dual-track mode of 'theory + practice'.         As the key part of this training, the course on wire rope belt joint technology has attracted much attention. In the training, senior engineers start teaching from three dimensions: material properties, process standards and trouble diagnosis.

· Theoretical reinforcement: Detailed explanation of the structural characteristics of wire rope belts, factors affecting joint strength and international standards (e.g. DIN, ISO), to help trainees understand the scientific principles behind the process.

· Practical Exercise: Participants work in groups to carry out key steps such as joint grinding, paste coating, vulcanisation temperature control, etc., with hands-on guidance from engineers to ensure that each step is in line with the process specifications.

· Case review: Combined with the common cases of joint cracking, wire rope twitching and other failures on site, analyse the causes and put forward preventive measures to strengthen the problem-solving ability.

      The training leader of QBF rubber emphasised, "Sales engineers are not only the listeners of customers' needs, but also should be the solvers of technical pain points. This training will help the team to highlight the technical added value in the market competition and create long-term value for customers."
