Recently, QBF rubber sidewall conveyor belt achieved a new breakthrough.

      Our custom-made oversized sidewall conveyor belt for a major port project in Indonesia have successfully completed all production and inspection processes. 

        With a belt width of 2200mm, a sidewall height of 500mm, and a designed conveying capacity of 2500TPH, this achievement not only go beyond the previous record of 2350 TPH created by QBF rubber but also marks another major technological leap forward for us in port bulk material conveying solutions with large capacity and high strength.

        The sidewall conveyor belting is specifically designed to handle the demanding, continuous bulk cargo handling operations of ports, such as coal and ore. Its exceptionally high conveying efficiency will significantly enhance port logistics throughput, meeting customers' urgent need to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

At the shipping site, we require personnel to conduct thorough final pre-loading inspections and securement operations, ensuring precision and stability at every stage.
