From April 8 to 11, Mining Türkiye 2026 will grandly open at the Tüyap Fair & Congress Center, Istanbul, Turkey. At this event, QBF rubber will showcase the vertical conveying system solutions for mining, specifically designed to address vertical conveying challenges ranging from 200m to 500m in mines.

In deep shaft mining operations, vertical material transport has long been recognized as a major challenge within the industry. As mineral extraction progressively extends to greater depths, traditional conveying methods face three challenges: Balancing space and efficiency, safety risks, short life and high maintenance costs of traditional conveying equipment.
The 200- to 500-meter range represents the core operational zone for deep shaft mining operations, yet it remains a “technical blind spot” for traditional conveying equipment. Conventional conveyor belts struggle to withstand the immense tension at these depths, while traditional hoisting machines face dual constraints of excessive space requirements and high infrastructure investment. The new generation of QBF rubber mining vertical conveying systems was specifically designed to overcome this conveying challenge.

Replacing traditional trucks for long-distance mining conveying, this three-dimensional continuous conveying system integrates “steel cable aerial ropeways” with “sidewall belt conveyors” for greater efficiency and environmental sustainability!
