When handling sticky materials, the conveyor belts are always confronted with the problems of serious material carry-back, unloading/cleaning issues and low transporting efficiency.

To help the customers with those challenges, QBF introduces the upgraded anti-stick conveyor belt which adopts UHMWPE material to minimize carry-back and enable higher abrasion and impact resistance.

QBF anti-stick conveyor belts are suitable for wet and sticky material transportation such as silt, chemical powder, clay, gypsum and wet coal in tunneling, metallurgy, chemical and mining industries. The anti-stick design is available for sidewall conveyor belts, steel cord conveyor belts, fabric conveyor belts as well as those used for food grade applications.

Sticky-free

Belt surface is smooth with excellent water-repellent property and is easy to clean.

Energy Saving  

Low friction coefficient (0.07~0.11) reduces friction between the belt and roller and hence enables lower energy consumption.

Abrasion/Impact-resistant

UHMWPE is adopted improving abrasion resistance by 5.3 times compared with PTFE and 7.5 times compared with POM, and improving impact resistance by 2 times compared with PC and 5 times compared with ABS.

Oil/Acid-resistant

Belts resist to oil and strong acid/alkali in certain environment.

High Temperature/Cold-resistant

Belts are capable of operating continuously at 120℃. The minimum working temperature can reach -195℃.

Anti-static

Belts can be customized to be anti-static for required applications.

Customizable

Belts available for food grade applications in food and pharmaceutical industries.
